To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow these simple rules during your stay:

1. Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m.

2. No Smoking:

• Casa Salatti is a smoke-free space. Smoking is not allowed in any indoor areas.

3. Noise and Quiet Hours:

• Please respect the rest of other guests, especially during quiet hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).

4. External Visitors and Additional Guests:

• For security reasons, unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior authorization.

• Additional guests not included in the initial reservation must register and will incur a charge of €10 per night, with a limit of one person per day and no more than two additional guests during the entire stay.

5. Care of the Facilities:

• Help us keep the property in perfect condition. Please report any damage or issues immediately.

6. Use of Kitchen and Common Areas:

• Common areas are available for your convenience. Please keep them clean and organized after use.

7. Keys and Security:

• Take care of the property keys. A replacement fee will apply in case of loss.

• Ensure that doors and windows are closed when leaving.

8. Breakfast:

• Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

9. Pet Policy:

• Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed upon with management.

10. Emergencies:

• In case of an emergency, please contact Casa Salatti staff immediately.

Half Board

Half Board includes the same breakfast and one main meal per day, with five options to choose from: pork, chicken, beef, fish, or lamb.

Each meal is served with sides such as white rice, traditional Cuban congrí rice, bean stew or pasta, and a fresh seasonal salad. As a starter, you can choose between chicken soup or a fresh salad, accompanied by bread and butter.

This rate includes half board (one breakfast and one main meal per day) for 8 guests.

If you wish to add extra guests, there is an additional charge of €25 per person per day, which also includes half board.

Vegan option: pasta with tomato or vegan pesto sauce, rice (white, Cuban congrí, or with vegetables), beans, lentils, or chickpeas, fresh seasonal salads, steamed or sautéed vegetables, vegetable soups, and whole-grain or artisan bread.
