How do I check-in and where are the keys?
Our team will welcome you personally on arrival. Check-in details are confirmed in advance, and a member of staff will meet you to hand over keys and assist with any questions.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You’ll receive an instant confirmation by email once your booking is complete. For direct bookings, confirmation comes directly from Casa Salatti with all relevant details.
Is there a lift (elevator) in the building?
Casa Salatti is set within a traditional Havana building, and there is no lift. Our staff are happy to assist with luggage at any time.
How do I check-out?
Check-out is straightforward — simply return the keys to our reception team or follow the instructions provided at arrival. Late departures may be arranged upon request.
Is there a Wi-Fi and TV?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and several rooms feature smart TVs with local and international channels.
